Owner FAQs

Do you require upfront contracts?

Yes, in order for our team to manage your property, we will need a Property Management Agreement signed.

I already have a good building superintendent, or HOA, do I need to use yours?

Yes, because we manage the interior of your property, placing tenants, and take care of city inspections and move in/out walk throughs, you will need to use our team for management during the duration of the Property Management Agreement.

How involved will I be in the day-to-day process?

As much or as little as you would like. We take care of all day-to-day tasks that come with renting your property, but if you would like to be involved in certain facets of the process, we would love to include you in those things.

Resident FAQs

How do I activate my portal?

To activate your portal, you will be sent a link via email & cell number. This link will guide you through creating your username and password. Once logged in, you will be able to make rent payments online and submit maintenance requests.

How do I put in a maintenance request?

You can put a maintenance request in via your tenant portal, or by emailing/calling the property manager with the issue. No matter how you alert us, we will respond promptly!

Is there a rental grace period?

The rental grace period is 1-7 days depending on what your lease states. Please look to your lease for more information on specifics.
