• There is a $50 application fee per applicant over 18. If there are three people who will be leasing a property together, all three individuals will need to submit an application.

• In the application you will need to fill out the property address as well as your realtor’s name.

• If you are signing with a cosigner, you and the cosigner will have to apply separately. You will apply as a Tenant/Occupant and your cosigner will apply as a Tenant.
