Pricing:
A quick look at pricing for owners
Administrative Fee
Upon execution of property management agreement, there is a yearly administration fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100).
Leasing Commision
One Hundred Percent (%100) of the full first month’s rental rate.
Management Fee
Ten Percent (10%) of the monthly rental rate, not less than Fifty-Five Dollars ($55), beginning the month after the lease commission is paid.
Maintenance Fee
Ten Percent (10%) surcharge for general maintenance invoices over Three Hundred Dollars ($300).
Renewals
Twenty-Five Percent (25%) of the first month’s monthly rent rate, if tenants renew their lease.

Do you require upfront contracts?
Yes, in order for our team to manage your property, we will need a Property Management Agreement signed.
I already have a good building superintendent, or HOA, do I need to use yours?
Yes, because we manage the interior of your property, placing tenants, and take care of city inspections and move in/out walk throughs, you will need to use our team for management during the duration of the Property Management Agreement.
How involved will I be in the day-to-day process?
As much or as little as you would like. We take care of all day-to-day tasks that come with renting your property, but if you would like to be involved in certain facets of the process, we would love to include you in those things.
